We want you and your furry friend to be completely happy with your purchase! If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.


Returns

You haveΒ 30 daysΒ from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible, your item must:

  • Be in the same condition as when you received it
  • Be unused and undamaged, with tags attached
  • Be in its original packaging
  • Be accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Items returned without prior approval willΒ notΒ be accepted. After approval, we will provide a return shipping label (if applicable) and detailed instructions.

Damages or Wrong Items

Please inspect your order upon receipt.
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately atΒ Β support@neslifys.comΒ so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it quickly.


Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, some itemsΒ cannot be returned, including:

  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Pet personal-use items (Pet shampoos, Pet sprays, Pet brushes, etc.)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

We also cannot accept returns forΒ sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get a replacement is toΒ return your item first, then place a new order for the replacement.


Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the refund status.

If approved, your refund will be issued to yourΒ original payment methodΒ within 15 business days.
Please allow extra time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
